Only you truly understand your own story and experiences. My role is to work alongside you, viewing your challenges through your unique perspective. Together, we will explore the impact of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and develop effective coping strategies to foster a sense of self-efficacy. Whether you’re eager to begin or apprehensive about taking the first steps, I deeply respect and support your decision to embark on this important journey. Every individual deserves exceptional therapeutic support, and I am committed to delivering quality care in every session.

I use an integrated, trauma-informed approach and specialize in working with neurodivergent adolescents and adults, providing a supportive therapeutic space where clients can develop insight into their lived experiences. My approach emphasizes identifying and building upon individual strengths, enhancing self-awareness, and collaboratively exploring adaptive strategies to navigate daily life more effectively. My interventions are tailored to each client’s unique neurodevelopmental profile, with the goal of fostering resilience, promoting self-efficacy, and supporting meaningful engagement in their personal, social, and vocational environments.

I am also passionate about supporting folks through significant life transitions, helping them navigate identity shifts, challenge internalized self-demands, and cultivate a greater sense of empowerment. My work focuses on fostering self-compassion, clarifying personal values, and strengthening emotional resilience. I aim to provide a collaborative, affirming therapeutic relationship that encourages growth, autonomy, and alignment with one’s authentic self.

I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is crucial for fostering connection and growth. You can count on my full support as we work together to achieve the changes you desire in your life. Let’s partner in this journey together!
