Kenadee Grogan (She/Her)
Counselor In Training
Hi there, I’m Kenadee! I consider myself to be a warm and supportive therapist who is passionate about helping people reconnect with who they truly are, especially when life has made that feel difficult. I understand how challenging it can be to balance your own needs and identity while also showing up for others, and I bring that understanding into the therapy space. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. My goal is to help you find clarity, confidence, and a deeper connection to yourself.
I work especially well with adolescents who are exploring their identity, building self-esteem, and trying to make sense of the relationships and emotions that come with this important stage of life. Whether they’re dealing with anxiety, sadness, self-doubt, or social stress, I provide a space where teens can feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow. I also enjoy working with adults who are navigating transitions, questioning their direction, or seeking to develop stronger coping skills and healthier emotional patterns. Many of my clients are working to create more satisfying relationships, deepen their self-awareness, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with who they are and what they value.
I believe that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of the healing process. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and safe to be your full self. I will walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity, and I will tailor our work together to meet your unique goals and experiences. Whether you’re working through stress, identity questions, relationship struggles, or just trying to feel more like yourself again, I’m here to help you feel grounded, empowered, and understood.
If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d love to meet you. Let’s work together to create the kind of change that feels meaningful and lasting in your life.
