Madi Nohren, LMSW (She/Her)

Provisionally Licensed Therapist

I work with adults who are navigating difficult emotions, relationship challenges, and patterns of behavior that no longer serve them. Many of my clients are working to process past trauma, manage intense mood shifts, or better understand how their personality traits and coping strategies affect their daily lives. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals who are struggling with sexual concerns, including problematic pornography use or intimacy issues, as well as those experiencing anger, impulsivity, or a deep sense of shame that feels hard to name. If you are carrying emotional pain or feel disconnected from the life you want to be living, you are not alone—and therapy can be a place to begin healing.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, engaged, and deeply rooted in trauma-informed care. I aim to create a space where clients feel safe enough to be honest, curious, and self-compassionate, even when the work is difficult. I tailor each session to your unique needs, drawing on evidence-based interventions that support emotional regulation, insight, and healthier relationships with yourself and others. I bring warmth and acceptance to my work, while also offering honest reflections and thoughtful challenges when they can support your growth. My goal is to help you gain clarity, deepen your insight, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want to build.

If you are looking for a therapist who will meet you with compassion, consistency, and a commitment to your growth—even when that means facing hard truths—I would be honored to support you. I welcome clients who are ready to take the first step toward meaningful change, and I look forward to walking alongside you in that process.
